Expressing How We Feel

Opening up and expressing your feelings.

Its not easy to open up and let out your feelings and emotions to other people. So here is 3 ways to open up and express how you feel to yourself.

  • Your inner artist.

Draw what your heart feels doesn't have to be the next million dollar art piece just whatever comes to mind whether it be stick figures or little hearts,flowers,butterflies,stars etc.....

  • Musical heart within 

Sing, dance, write music or even play an instrument. And yet again I'm not saying you have to become the next Miley Cyrus or Eminem, just express how you feel whether it be in the shower or in the milking shed. Grab a cheap acoustic guitar go sit on the beach, under a tree or in your bedroom and learn songs that relate to how you are feeling. Play some music that also describes how you feel in your home and dance around like crazy for half an hour or just grab a piece of paper and a pen and write some of your feelings and things that are happening around you and put it in a song.

  • Get crazy in the kitchen

Yet again I'm not saying become the next head chef or anything just maybe cook a family breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or just a random meal get out your favourite recipe or make up your own ( don't go too crazy make sure its edible). I find this is good if you maybe don't have much food or need quiet alone time ( just making easy pasta if the cupboard is empty can make a good meal).

Also be aware.......

I'm not saying you should shut off from everybody but sometimes having alone thinking time is a good way to deal with things personally .
